He served as Chief Business Development Officer at Rook Capital, and prior to that was a Senior Director at Oracle, where he spent nearly four years across the company's data and analytics platforms. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in technology and energy on strategy, pricing, and operations. Ian Noyes serves as Area Director for the National Christian Foundation of California, covering the Santa Barbara and Central Coast region, a position he has held since September 2019. In this role, Ian works alongside generous families to develop charitable giving strategies grounded in a vision of discipleship and redemptive stewardship, helping them align their resources with their deepest values and convictions. Ian brings nearly three decades of nonprofit and pastoral leadership to his work. Prior to joining NCF, he served as Lead Pastor at Montecito Covenant Church in Santa Barbara, Senior Pastor at First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley where he led the congregation for over four years, and as the Founding Pastor of Church in the Tetons in Driggs, Idaho. Ian holds a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He lives in Santa Barbara with his wife.

Mark Phillips is the Founder and Managing Partner of 11 Tribes Ventures, a Chicago-based venture capital firm he launched in April 2021. At 11 Tribes, Mark leads all aspects of the firm — investing, fundraising, and operations — guided by the belief that sustainable, durable, and profitable companies are built by focus on the founder outcome as well as the business outcome. Before founding 11 Tribes, Mark served as Director of Ventures at P33 Chicago, a civic initiative dedicated to growing Chicago’s technology ecosystem. Prior to that, he spent three years as a Strategy M&A Consultant at Point B and four years as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Mathematics from Wheaton College. Michael started his career as a US diplomat and then joined an international private equity firm for 10 years, rising to partner. Rob Boyer is the CEO and Founder of Narthex Properties, a Leawood, Kansas-based firm he launched in 2017 with a mission to transform historic church properties into thriving, community-centered spaces where churches, daycares, and Christian schools can co-locate and flourish. In addition to Narthex, Rob serves as Managing Partner of Canvas Companies, a complementary holding company he has led concurrently since 2016. Before founding Narthex, Rob spent nearly 18 years as the owner of Shred-it, building the business from the ground up and guiding it through a successful exit. That experience gave him a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to start, scale, and sell a company. Earlier in his career, he served at the Pentagon as a Senior Strategic Russian Ballistic Missile Analyst. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Russian Studies from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master’s degree in International and Global Studies from Georgetown University.
