

Founder
Ian Noyes serves as Area Director for the National Christian Foundation of California, covering the Santa Barbara and Central Coast region, a position he has held since September 2019. In this role, Ian works alongside generous families to develop charitable giving strategies grounded in a vision of discipleship and redemptive stewardship, helping them align their resources with their deepest values and convictions.
Ian brings nearly three decades of nonprofit and pastoral leadership to his work. Prior to joining NCF, he served as Lead Pastor at Montecito Covenant Church in Santa Barbara, Senior Pastor at First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley where he led the congregation for over four years, and as the Founding Pastor of Church in the Tetons in Driggs, Idaho.
Ian holds a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
He lives in Santa Barbara with his wife.
