Glenn Bean
Founder
Glenn is the Founder of Sycamore Equity, a Boulder-based venture launched in January 2024 that uses market forces to solve home ownership and affordability challenges for mission-driven workers and flourishing communities. In his role, he leads all aspects of the firm's strategy, deal structuring, and partnerships.
Glenn brings 25 years of experience across finance, tech, and operations. He served as Chief Business Development Officer at Rook Capital, and prior to that was a Senior Director at Oracle, where he spent nearly four years across the company's data and analytics platforms. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in technology and energy on strategy, pricing, and operations.
Glenn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

A California native now rooted in Boulder, Colorado, Glenn is passionate about entrepreneurship and community development. Outside of work, he enjoys life with his family and their sheepadoodle, Huckleberry.
